Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 1 day prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 1 day prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Rates are subject to change, particularly during peak seasons or special events. Discounts may be available for extended stays—please inquire when booking. A complimentary breakfast is included with your stay, where applicable. Guests may request flexible check-in and check-out times, subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking and must be made via credit card. Reservations are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed. For group bookings or whole-house rental rates, please contact us directly for customized pricing and arrangements. Our cancellation policy permits changes or cancellations up to 24 hours before check-in (before 12 noon) with a non-refundable $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after this period, as well as no-shows, will result in the full booking amount being charged and are non-refundable. A $300 refundable security deposit will be held on the guest’s Visa payment method one day prior to check-in. The deposit will be released no later than 7 days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property or need for excessive cleaning.
