Primary Renter
- Must be at least 18 years old at the time of booking.
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required at or before check-in to verify age and identity.
- The booking guest must be present for the entire stay and is responsible for all members of their party and any visitors.
- Reservations made under false pretenses may be cancelled without refund, and access to the property may be denied.
Guests
Guests are only welcome if booking the full property as a private rental. Approval must be obtained prior to booking. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises.
Children
Children are welcome; however, all minors (under 18) must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Bookings must be made by an adult (18+) who will stay on the property throughout the reservation. The property may contain features (stairs, fireplaces, exterior access) that require active supervision.
Infants
Infants (under 2) are welcome and must be included in the guest count. The property does not provide infant-specific amenities (cribs, high chairs, gates). Please bring necessary supplies. Adult supervision is required for infant safety.
Pets
Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved in writing before booking. Unauthorized pets will incur a minimum $2500 cleaning fee and may result in cancellation without refund. Service animals are always welcome in accordance with the law; please notify us at booking. Service animals must be under control and not left unattended.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and near doors or windows. Violations will result in a $5000 cleaning fee.
Events and Gatherings
Events, parties, and large gatherings are prohibited. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized visitors or exceeding guest limits may lead to additional fees or cancellation.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time. Outdoor music or amplified sound is not permitted at any time.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 4 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 4 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Rates are subject to change, particularly during peak seasons or special events. Discounts may be available for extended stays—please inquire when booking. A complimentary breakfast is included with your stay, where applicable. Guests may request flexible check-in and check-out times, subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking and must be made via credit card. Reservations are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed. For group bookings or whole-house rental rates, please contact us directly for customized pricing and arrangements. Our cancellation policy permits changes or cancellations up to 24 hours before check-in (before 12 noon) with a non-refundable $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after this period, as well as no-shows, will result in the full booking amount being charged and are non-refundable. A $300 refundable security deposit will be held on the guest’s Visa payment method one day prior to check-in. The deposit will be released no later than 7 days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property or need for excessive cleaning.
